Question: If not used every day...just once in a while, will the product stay fresh for long periods?
Answer: Plexaderm has a long shelf life. We recommend keeping Plexaderm capped between uses.
Question: Will I be charged again after my initial purchase?
Answer: Plexaderm can easily be purchased as a one-time order with no future commitment.
Question: Do you have samples, so I can try beforehand?
Answer: We currently don't offer samples. Our 1-month supply of Plexaderm is risk-free. If you are not completely satisfied your order can be returned within 30 days for a full product price refund.
Question: How long do the Plexaderm results last?
Answer: Plexaderm effects are strongest for up to 8 hours and can be reapplied as needed. Plexaderm works best when applied to clean and dry skin. Allow at least 8-10 minutes for Plexaderm to set before applying anything over it.
Question: How much solution should I use for one application?
Answer: We still suggest using a drop about half the size of a pea, which should be enough to apply under both eyes. However, everyone’s skin is different, so if you notice the skin tightening effects to be too strong, simply reduce the amount of formula to a level that works best for you.
Question: What is the best time of day to apply Plexaderm?
Answer: Plexaderm can be used any time of day. Just make sure to wash and dry your skin thoroughly before applying Plexaderm.
Question: Why am I getting a white residue?
Answer: If you are getting a white residue around the application area it usually indicates that you have used too much product. Excess residue can be easily removed by gently tapping the area with a damp cloth or cotton ball. Avoid rubbing as this may break the Plexaderm bond.
Question: Can you apply makeup over this product?
Answer: When using additional cosmetics, water-based products work best. Try mixing 1/3 liquid foundation or concealer with 2/3 Plexaderm and apply with your fingertip. Allow the Plexaderm/foundation mixture to set for 10 minutes. All makeup brands are different so you may need to adjust the Plexaderm-to-foundation ratio until you get the desired results.
Question: Can I use a moisturizer with Plexaderm?
Answer: Plexaderm works best on its own. If you use a moisturizer, it should be applied at least 10-20 minutes prior to Plexaderm application. Water based moisturizers are recommended.
Question: Does Plexaderm work on other parts of the face and neck?
Answer: Yes, Plexaderm Rapid Reduction Cream Plus is effective on all areas of the face and neck.
Question: Can Plexaderm be used on the sagging upper eye skin as well?
Answer: Caution should always be taken when using any beauty product around the eyes. That area is sensitive and we do not recommend applying Plexaderm on your eyelid.
Question: Plexaderm did not work for me. Am I doing something wrong?
Answer: Many of our customers are having a positive experience and seeing dramatic results. We recommend review of all the frequently asked questions, instructions, application and use with makeup and moisturizers. We have found that most customers have remarkable results after reviewing these details.

Answer: Yes, with proper application, Plexaderm works on all skin tones.
Question: Is it still in the same tube/Are you ever going to change the applicator?
Answer: After over a year of testing multiple types of components we found a new bottle that works great. The syringe is gone and the new bottle automatically closes at the tip to keep the product fresh. The new pump is much easier to use and allows for improved customer control of amount dispensed. It’s really a great package.
