All Power Swabs® products can be used for 30 days absolutely risk-free. If you do not see or feel the results that you expected, call our Customer Service department within 30 days of your order and return any unused products and/or empty boxes for a full product refund. Three month kits may be eligible for a partial refund within 60 days of your order.
Returning products to us is both easy and convenient. You must return all merchandise within 30 days of receipt. To ensure that merchandise is returned safely, we suggest you send returns via U.S. Postal Service, UPS or FedEx with insured delivery. All return shipping charges are paid by the customer.
