Question: How to check on my order?

Question: If not used everyday...just once in awhile, will the product stay fresh for long periods?

Answer:  Plexaderm has a long shelf life. We recommend keeping Plexaderm capped and in the locked position between uses.


Question: Will I be charged again after my initial purchase?

Answer: Plexaderm can easily be puchased as a one time order with no future commitment. 


Question: Do you have samples, so I can try beforehand? 

Answer: We currently don't offer samples. Our 1-month supply of Plexaderm is risk-free. If you are not completely satisfied your order can be returned within 30 days for a full product price refund.


Question: How long does Plexaderm last?

Answer: Plexaderm effects are strongest for up to 8  hours and can be reapplied as needed. Plexaderm works best when applied to clean and dry skinAllow at least 8-10 minutes for Plexaderm to set before applying anything over it. 


Question:  How long do the results last with Rapid Reduction Cream PLUS?

Answer:  The instant effects of the new formula should last just as long as the original, which is about 6-8 hours.  PLUS the added peptide can actually help decrease wrinkle depth and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles after just a few weeks of daily use.


Question:  How much solution should I use for one application?

Answer:  We still suggest using a drop about half the size of a pea, which should be enough to apply under both eyes.  However, the new formula is more powerful so if you notice the skin tightening effects to be too strong, simply reduce the amount of formula to a level that works best for you.


Question: Can you apply makeup over this product? 

Answer: We recommend avoiding the use of any liquid products (oil or water-based) on areas where you have applied Plexaderm, as they may deactivate the effects. If you choose to use makeup on top of Plexaderm, any type of dry or powder-based product will work best to maintain maximum results. We suggest waiting a minimum of 20 minutes for the Plexaderm to dry before putting applying makeup. If you must use a liquid product please make sure it is oil-free, you also may need to reapply Plexaderm in the case that the initial bond is broken due to the liquid application.


Question: Can I use a moisturizer with the new formula?

Answer: Yes, but we still recommend using a moisturizer that does not contain oil. Always allow the moisturizer to absorb into the skin and let dry for about 20 minutes before you apply Rapid Reduction Cream PLUS. You also may need a second application of Plexaderm if you are using moisturizer. 


Question: Does Plexaderm work on other parts of the face and neck?

Answer: Our new formula of Plexaderm Plus works for all aspects of the face and neck area. 


Question: Can Plexaderm be used on the sagging upper eye skin as well?

Answer: Plexaderm Plus is effective on the upper eye skin as well. Please be cautious when applying Plexaderm to this area as to not get it in your eyes. If you happen to get the product in your eye, please wash out immediately. 


Question: Plexaderm did not work for me. Am I doing something wrong?

Answer: Many of our customers are having a positive experience and seeing dramatic results. We recommend review of all the frequently asked questions, instructions, application and use with makeup and moisturizers. We have found that most customers have remarkable results after reviewing these details.


Question: I cannot get the rest of my product out, and the plunger/syringe is not working. Please help. 

Answer: Try running the tip under warm water to loosen any clogged product. Pull back on the plunger to separate into two pieces. Inspect the clear outer casing for any residue. Reinsert to reset the plunger. Be sure to shake well before dispensing. Question: Does Plexaderm work on darker skin?

Answer: Plexaderm works on all skin tones. 


Question: Why is it still in the same tube/Are you ever going to change the applicator?

Answer: After over a year of testing multiple types of components we've found that the syringe style applicator is still the best fit for this product. We have changed to a clear label in order for customers to easily see how much product is left in the tube, which was a problem for some with the original formula.


Question: Does the new formula work better than the original on problems such as laugh lines or forehead wrinkles?

Answer: The instant effects of the new formula should be comparable or better than the original. When used daily the peptide in the new formula can actually help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles in as little as 30 days. Which means those laugh lines and forehead wrinkles may become less noticeable over time, even when you're not wearing Plexaderm.


Question:  Why did you change the formula?
Answer:  The original formula was great, but we wanted to bring our customers something that delivers instant results and real long-term benefits.  With the added peptide now we're able to do both.
